When are your technicians available?

For non-emergency service, our technicians are available at various times: 8am to 12pm, 10am to 12pm, and 12pm to 4pm.

How do I make a service request?

You can make a service request by calling our office at (858) 571-4444 and asking for the service department where we will assist that day or the following day. 

Do you only work with commercial properties?

We work with residential complexes and private residences as well.

Do we offer emergency service?

Yes, we have an on-call technician available after hours, on weekends and holidays.  

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are a state licensed contractor no. 430971, fully insured and bonded.

Does APS also do project installation?

Yes. APS is a turn-key provider. We provide a complete solution from the sales, installation, service and support of the solution. 

I have a gate on my residential complex, how do I get a remote? How much are they?

We can provide you with a remote once we have authorization from your property manager. Prices for remotes vary.
