Service and Preventative Maintenance

The general purpose of our programs is to establish a consistent routine of properly maintaining your systems while providing emergency service as required. A longer and more reliable, useful life of the product is the intended benefit of our Preventative Maintenance Program. We do not expect to eliminate all problems relating to your systems, however, we do expect to decrease the volume of problems significantly.

As a property manager/owner, you are conscious of cost and the need for reliability and security provided by your systems. Having your system out of operation normally results in the necessity for you to hire additional security or leave some portion of your property in a compromising or vulnerable situation. Consequently, it is essential that your system be properly maintained to minimize down time.

We are in the office, answering your phones calls Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ready to assist you with your gate, access control and video surveillance problems. With a single telephone call, email or fax, our Customer Support Center can help you with all your service, parts and in-house software programming needs.
