We are currently seeking the following: Account Executives, Project Managers, Access Control Specialists and Gate Automation System Installers & Technicians.
Although most of our positions are full-time, we occasionally accommodate those looking for part-time work. All our full-time employees are offered medical, dental and retirement plans, as well as excellent salary packages and paid vacation and holiday leaves. Technicians and installers also receive use of a company vehicle, gas card and cellular phone.
To keep our company abreast to the rapidly changing technology industry, we also send our technicians to factory training seminars, in house classes and field service training. The constant training ensures our technicians maintain a high level of competency and confidence in their chosen career field.
We are constantly looking to hire technicians and installers with prior industry experience. Acceptable industry experience includes a minimum of six months installation background in gate automation or access control systems equipment installation, or one year of service experience in either of the before mentioned areas.
We pay all our employees competitive wages based on their individual experience. Although experience is preferred, we are willing to hire those with little to no previous experience when trainee positions are available. Backgrounds in mechanical equipment, electronics, low voltage electrical work or welding are helpful. Installers must also have a basic construction background (pouring concrete, digging trenches, running conduits, pulling wires, etc.).
A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required as well. We do supply power tools and major equipment, but all technicians and installers must provide their own hand tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, tape measures, wire cutters, etc.
